Karen Walker’s vampire sunglasses

I’m not sure if it’s the whole Stephanie Meyer Twilight trend but Kiwi designer Karen Walker‘s new vampish campaign for her sunglasses is certainly very cool. According to Refinery29 (from where I’m also posting the pics, thanks) the campaign was shot by New York-based photographer Derek Kettela and the concept was to induce even the most sun phobic to bask. I for one am a fan of the classic tortoise-shell wayfarers (yet another sign that the wayfarer trend is far from abating). Oh and brickbats to Refinery29 for calling Walker an Aussie, although we’d happily claim her 🙂
